I had been having an old desire to write a book on topics which are rarely covered by any Authors or Writers, so that I fill the gap. I realized that, in our day to day life, we come across many such situations where the way people normally act, could be much improved or where little guidance from this book will save them from big problems.

So, I started noting down such areas of improvement, and started to write down as to what could be the better way of handling such situations or better way of acting. Finally all these write ups took the shape of this quick reference guide, which I now wish to share with the world to continue the effort of sharing and spreading the knowledge.

Most of the suggestions have been written keeping in mind the best practices of NLP – Neuro-Linguistic Programming. NLP was created by Richard Wayne Bandler and John Grinder. Both are well known authors and trainers in the field of self help. Neuro-Linguistic Planning (NLP) is a methodology intended to understand and change the human behaviour-patterns.

In this book all the efforts are made to use simple and easy to understand language and words which everybody can understand. Kindly ignore any small publishing glitches, however, all the best efforts are made to avoid any kind of mistakes and errors.

The areas that have been included in this book, cover most of the age groups, so if you see something very basic being mentioned, kindly consider that there we are focusing younger age groups. We all know that books are a method of mass communication since this book is Community Guide, so it has a huge variety of target audience; and has readers from all ages. So, the Author had to take all along with him. 

I want you to feel happy that this book can refresh you even at the end of your day, when minds are tired. Moreover, this will serve as a good source of social and community guide proving itself a good gesture towards ISR- Individual Social Responsibility by the Author.
